What are my payment options?
We accept £GBP Sterling cheques for any mail order products and we accept online payments through PayPal, Secure Trading and Google Checkout. This means that you can pay online using Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Solo credit/debit cards. If you already have a PayPal account you can also make payments directly from that account when paying with secure Trading. We also accept a selection of different currencies.

How do I buy online? 
Our online shop is registered with Google Checkout so should you wish to purchase without registering an account we have made this simple to do. After you have placed all of your chosen items into your basket click the Google Checkout badge and you will be taken to your own indivual Google Checkout payment page. There you will be able to register your own Google Checkout account, if you do not already have one, or log in to your active Google Checkout account. Once logged in and having submitted your payment details to Google Checkout you will be able to confirm payment to us through your Google Checkout account. All payment details are kept by Google Checkout and we do not see any of them. You will receive details of your transaction with us from Google Checkout and

Paying by Paypal/credit card and registering with us:

Once you have added all of the items that you require to your basket, select the checkout option on your basket panel which is upper right on the shop. You will be taken to the start of our 4 stage payment process. Firstly fill in your email address in the centre panel and select register to start your account registration. On the next page fill in your contact details and choice of password then select register. Your account will then be registered and you will be taken to your basket and can choose your delivery options as well as specifying delivery instructions. Once you have chosen your options select proceed to confirmation. Follow the instructions below depending on which payment method you choose.

To pay by PayPal

When logged into Paying with Secure Trading Select the button next to the PayPal logo and click the confirm and pay button in the lower right to be taken to PayPal where you can log in or register a new account with them. Once payment is made you will be taken to a confirmation page and receive details of your transaction in the form of an email. No transaction details other than a notification of funds received are shared with us.

To pay by credit or debit card through the Secure Trading Payment system

Select the button next to the credit/debit card logos and click the confirm and pay button in the lower right to be taken to the Secure Trading secure gateway. Fill in your card details on the secure gateway and once payment is made you will be taken to a confirmation page and receive details of your transaction in the form of an email. No transaction details other than a notification of funds received are shared with us.

Can I pay over the telephone?
Yes we accept payments over the telephone. Please call our friendly sales team on 01507 308608 to place and pay for your order.

What are pre-orders?
We sometimes offer the opportunity to pre-order products before they are released or when we are waiting for new stock to arrive. You can place an order for one of these items in the same way as you would anything else - just look for the word Pre-Order on the item description page. Whenever you see a Pre-Order alongside an item, you will also find information on its expected dispatched date. If you place a pre-order, we will dispatch your order as soon as it is received in our warehouse. Please note: Pre-Order dates are subject to change, depending on our suppliers stock or production run. (Pre-order products are dispatched on a first come first served basis)

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a company that enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal is owned by the online auction site eBay, it has over 150 million account members worldwide, and handles about $1 billion in transactions every week. How secure is ordering online with
As soon as you begin the payment process on our website, you are taken to one of our respected merchants servers via a secure connection. PayPal uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL), just like online banks do, and uses 128-bit encryption - which is the highest level commercially available. All of the ordering and payment processes take place on merchants secure servers where your payment can be transferred into our account - we never get to see or retain your credit card details. What are your delivery charges?

How long will my order take to arrive?
We are not experiencing any delays and all orders are being shipped as normal.

After receiving your order at our warehouse, we will normally dispatch your goods first class on the next working day. International orders will be sent by airmail.

Normal delivery times:

UK: 2-4 days (please allow up to 7 working days)
Europe: 4-6 days (please allow up to 14 working days)
Rest of World: 6-11 days (please allow up to 28 working days)

Can I pay in different currencies?
While we price our goods in Great British Pounds Sterling (£GBP), you can pay for them online using various currencies, including the following:

Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Our online ordering system accepts orders from almost 200 different countries,
including: Anguilla, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Customers in countries that aren't served by PayPal can place orders using our Mail-Order Form. However we can only accept £GBP Sterling cheques drawn on a British bank as payment for these orders.

What is your returns policy?
You may return items to us within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange. You are responsible for paying the postage for returning the items to us. Items will only be accepted for return if they arrive back with us in their original condition with all plastic wrap intact accompanied by a copy of your receipt. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with incorrect or damaged contents, please call +44 (0)1507 308608 or e-mail us immediately. We will ask you to return the order in its original packaging and we will replace the goods for you or refund your order, and also refund the cost of the postage.

If you would like to keep your order history and also log in to be able to track your order with us then please register an account. Its really simple and takes just a few minutes. You can then choose whether you would like to receive our newsletter or any communication from us at all. You will also be able to check your order progress from acceptance to dispatch in your own customer control panel
